Ghanaian international Kevin-Prince Boateng has released his first hip-hop track. Boateng’s first single is titled ‘King,’ the video of the said song was released three days ago. The 31-year-old joined Sassuolo on a two-year deal in the summer, but he’ll also be doing music on the side.
Kevin-Prince Boateng has released the song under the stage name ‘PRIN$$’, the video for which you can watch below. The song is 2 minutes and 45 seconds long hip-pop tune.
The chorus features Boateng declaring “I live my life like a king/living with no pressure/hustle like I don’t know better.”
The former AC Milan star is not the first Serie A star to make the move into music, as Dani Osvaldo left football to pursue his passion for rock music.
Boateng has previously played for clubs like Tottenham Hotspur, Las Palmas, AC Milan, Schalke 04 and Portsmouth.
It seems Ghana Black Stars players are full of double talents. Not too long ago another player who also has the surname “Boateng” collaborated with Famous of Nufuo Nu fame, to release a song they captioned “Oluwa Dey”. He is known as Samuel Boateng.
