On 22nd May 2018, Ghanaians were hit with the news of the call for the arrest of the President of Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kwasi Nyantakyi, by President Akufo-Addo. This came after he had watched Anas’ Exposé.
This was after the President Akufo-Addo had allegedly watched a video depicting bribery and corruption among senior GFA officials.
In this short period of alleged scandal developments, we present to you 5 public officers who are probably sweating by now, and wondering if they were caught somewhere in the video yet-to-be-released by Anas:
1. George Afriyie:
He was recently relieved of his duties as Vice President of GFA. He may have a good cause to be worried, given the fact that he closely worked with Kwasi Nyanatakyi.
He is the Communications Director of the GFA. As the one responsible for branding and communications for the Association, he may have a question or two to answer, given the recent scandal that has become public.
3. Isaac Kwame Asiamah:
The minister, Isaac Kwame Asiamah, is the ‘political’ head of ministry and is responsible for its affiliates such as the GFA.In the light of the recent developments, he may also be called to shed light on the scandal involving the GFA.

He is the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports and for that matter, assists the minister in the execution of his duties. As a key figure in the sports ministry, he may have a thing or two to say about the GFA scandal.
5. Frank Quist:
He is the Chief Director at the Ministry of Youth and Sports. As the administrative head, he may be privy to a number of issues that are related to the work of the ministry.
